The 60-Second Quote System fixes all of that — from your phone, in a minute.
Everything runs on your phone. Nothing to install on a server, nothing syncing in the background.
Client, job, line items. Your business details and pricelist are already saved, so it's mostly tapping.
Check exactly what the client will see, as a real PDF, before it goes out via WhatsApp, email, or as a file.
Every quote and invoice is logged automatically. Search by client, convert a quote to an invoice, track what's paid.
No bloat. The parts that matter for a solo trade or a small crew.
One tap turns an accepted quote into an invoice, same job, same numbers.
See the actual PDF the client will get, before it goes out.
Send as a message or a proper PDF file — whichever suits the job.
Every quote and invoice saved automatically, searchable by client.
Log part-payments against an invoice and track what's still owed.
No login, no account, no server. Back up and restore with a single file.
Save your items and prices once. Building a quote is mostly tapping.
Scope changed after the site visit? Copy the quote, adjust it, send the new version.
Quotes marked Pending, Accepted or Declined. Invoices marked Unpaid, Deposit paid or Paid in full.
A client statement PDF to chase what's owed, a business summary PDF, and a CSV export for your bookkeeper.
Your logo, bank details, numbering, deposit request, discount, VAT and a payment link on every document.
Quote on site even with no reception. Backup reminders and a recently-deleted bin keep your records safe.
Why I built it
I've been fitting shower doors since 2004, and later frameless glass and window blinds too, here in the Western Cape. For years my quotes lived in scattered WhatsApp chats, and finding last month's job number meant scrolling forever. Later I paid monthly for quoting apps, but none of them quite suited the way I work.
So I built the tool I wanted on my own phone. I now use it for every quote and invoice in my business — in a version I've adapted for my three divisions (shower doors, frameless glass and blinds) — and I cancelled the subscriptions. That's close to R500 a month I'm no longer paying.
The app you get is the same core app: the same quoting, invoicing, WhatsApp sending and job log, set up for one business.

No. It runs in your phone's browser and can be added to your home screen like an app — no app store, no login.
Straight after paying you get your personal licence key and the app link. Paste the key once. Your key can be used twice — for example when you change phones.
You can, but they don't sync. Your quotes are stored on the phone you use, so each phone keeps its own records. To move to a new phone, use Backup and Restore.
Yes. You need internet once, to unlock it with your key. After that it keeps working without an internet connection.
On your own device. There's no account and nothing is sent to a server. Back up to a file any time, and restore it on a new phone.
Because your data lives only on your phone, a lost phone with no backup means lost records. Tap Backup once a week and keep the file somewhere safe — email it to yourself or save it to Google Drive. Restoring it on a new phone takes seconds.
No. It's a once-off purchase through Gumroad. Pay once, keep using it.
